Fork ring Cleaning Tool   If a fork seal leaks it does not necessarily mean that it is defective. Often, small particles of dirt are sufficient to prevent the fork seal from closing properly and allowing the oil to seep through.   In this case, remove the dust seal with a fork seal remover (see accessories) and place the tool with the sharp edge between Standpipe and the inner fork seal set.   Turning clockwise removes the debris and the fork seal is tight again.
